Company intelligence / Profile preview
Frazier Lifesciences Acquisition was a special purpose acquisition company formed to identify and merge with a business in the life sciences and healthcare sectors. Sponsored by affiliates of Frazier, the company completed its IPO in December 2020 and traded on Nasdaq under the symbols FLAC, FLACU, and FLACW. In November 2022, it consummated its business combination with NewAmsterdam Pharma Holding, resulting in the public listing of NewAmsterdam Pharma. FLAC itself was not an operating drug developer and did not have an internal therapeutic pipeline; its role was to provide capital and a public-market path for a target company.
