Fresenius ProServe was a major business segment of the global healthcare group Fresenius, primarily encompassing the activities of Fresenius Vamed. The company specialized in the planning, development, and operational management of healthcare facilities, including hospitals and rehabilitation centers, on an international scale. Its service portfolio covered the entire value chain of healthcare real estate, from initial design and turnkey construction to technical services and total operational management. ProServe also played a significant role in providing post-acute and rehabilitative care across Europe. Following a strategic reorganization in 2023 under the "Future Fresenius" plan, the group transitioned to a new structure where ProServe's core activities are now primarily identified with the Vamed brand.
