The company operated as part of Fujifilm's broader healthcare device business in the United States and was co-located with other Fujifilm healthcare groups in Lexington, Massachusetts. On October 1, 2020, the company was merged into FUJIFILM Medical Systems U.S.A., Inc. to combine minimally invasive surgery capabilities with Fujifilm's endoscopic imaging business, so it no longer appears to operate as a standalone active company.
