Fundhacre

Fundhacre (Fundação Hospital Estadual do Acre) is a public healthcare foundation and reference hospital located in Rio Branco, Acre, Brazil. Established in 1989, it provides a wide range of specialized medical services, including surgery, oncology, nephrology, and cardiology, within the Brazilian Unified Health System (SUS). The institution is notable for hosting the Rodolphe Mérieux Laboratory, a high-complexity facility dedicated to the research and molecular diagnosis of tropical infectious diseases such as tuberculosis, viral hepatitis, and arboviruses.
