FutureGen Biopharm

FutureGen Biopharm is a private Chinese biotech focused on precision immunotherapy and engineered biologics. Its lead Claudin 18.2-targeting monoclonal antibody FG-M108 is in Phase 3 trials for first-line treatment of advanced gastric/gastroesophageal junction and pancreatic cancer, with prior Phase 2 development in metastatic pancreatic and other advanced solid tumors.[1][5] The company also out-licensed preclinical TL1A antibody FG-M701 for inflammatory bowel disease to AbbVie in a global deal that included $150M upfront/near-term and up to $1.56B in milestones plus royalties.[1] It also has clinical-stage multispecific antibodies and ADCs in immuno-oncology, including a CD40–PD-L1 bispecific antibody.[1]
