Founded in 1971, the company became a key partner for organizations like USAID and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, managing large-scale international development programs focused on infectious diseases and reproductive health. They were particularly renowned for developing the Spectrum suite of models, which remains a standard tool for national health planning and epidemiological projections worldwide. The firm also pioneered social marketing techniques to increase the accessibility and use of essential health products in emerging markets. In 2015, Futures Group merged with GRM International and other entities to form the global impact firm Palladium.
