Overview
Gallop Oncology’s lead program LYT-200 is a first-in-class anti-galectin‑9 monoclonal antibody with dual mechanisms—direct tumor suppression and immune modulation. In clinical trials for AML/MDS and solid tumors such as HNSCC, LYT‑200 has shown disease stabilization in heavily pretreated patients both as monotherapy and in combination with standard-of-care therapies. In head and neck cancer patients treated with LYT‑200 plus Tevimbra (tislelizumab), early data showed one partial response and one complete response among four evaluable patients; no responses were seen in monotherapy or other combinations to date. The drug has received Fast Track and Orphan Drug Designations for AML/HNSCC.
