Company intelligence / Profile preview
Gossamer Bio is currently focused on the Phase 3 development of its lead candidate seralutinib (GB002) for pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) and pulmonary hypertension associated with interstitial lung disease (PH-ILD). The registrational Phase 3 PROSERA study in PAH completed enrollment in June 2025, with topline results expected in February 2026. The namesake candidate GB001, a DP2 antagonist, failed to meet the primary endpoint in the Phase 2b LEDA study for asthma in 2020 and its development was subsequently deprioritized in favor of the pulmonary hypertension franchise.
