Genesee Memorial Hospital

United Memorial Medical Center (UMMC), formerly known as Genesee Memorial Hospital, is a comprehensive community hospital located in Batavia, New York. The entity was formed in 1999 through the merger of Genesee Memorial Hospital and St. Jerome Hospital, consolidating healthcare services for the Genesee County region. In 2014, the hospital became an affiliate of the Rochester Regional Health system, which expanded its access to specialized clinical services and advanced medical technology.
