Genhelix

Genhelix is a Spanish biotechnology company specializing in the development and manufacture of biologics, particularly monoclonal antibodies and recombinant proteins. Founded in 2007 and headquartered in León, Spain, the company established one of Europe's first large-scale manufacturing plants utilizing single-use technology. In 2014, Genhelix was acquired by mAbxience, a global biopharmaceutical company under the Insud Pharma group. The facility now operates as a core manufacturing site for mAbxience, supporting the production of biosimilars and providing contract development and manufacturing services (CDMO) to international clients. The site is GMP-certified and equipped to handle the full lifecycle of biopharmaceutical production from cell line development to commercial supply.
