Genocea Biosciences was a biopharmaceutical company focused on developing next-generation neoantigen immunotherapies for cancer and infectious diseases. The company utilized its proprietary ATLAS platform to identify both stimulatory and inhibitory neoantigens (Inhibigens), allowing for the design of more precise and effective personalized vaccines and T cell therapies. Despite advancing several candidates into clinical trials, including GEN-009 and GEN-011, the company faced financial challenges and ceased operations in 2022.
