Overview

GenomIdea developed the GEN0101 platform—an HVJ-E-based immunotherapeutic agent—tested in early-phase trials for advanced melanoma and malignant pleural mesothelioma. The tuberculosis vaccine program targeting IL‑12 was discontinued. GEN0101 showed immune activation properties but did not advance to late-stage development as an independent company.
