Genopoietic is a French biotechnology company and a subsidiary of Avax Technologies, specializing in the development and manufacturing of autologous cancer vaccines. Based in Lyon, France, the company operates a GMP-certified facility that serves as the primary production site for Avax's AC Vaccine platform, including its lead candidates MVax for melanoma and OVax for ovarian cancer. The AC Vaccine technology involves the haptenization of a patient's own tumor cells to stimulate a T cell-based immune response.
