Overview
Georgiamune has advanced two first-in-class clinical assets into human trials within five months of each other. GIM‑122, a dual-functioning monoclonal antibody designed to overcome immunotherapy resistance in cancer patients, received IND clearance in August 2023. GIM‑531, an oral small molecule that selectively inhibits T-regulatory cells to restore anti-tumor immunity, received IND clearance in May 2024. Both are being tested for safety and efficacy in advanced solid tumors. The company claims three drugs are already undergoing clinical trials with more under development.
