Glasshouse Pharmaceuticals was a pharmaceutical company specializing in the development and commercialization of generic and branded non-sterile liquid and semi-solid products. Established in 2017 as the generic drug division of Contract Pharmaceuticals Limited (CPL), the company focused on dosage forms such as suspensions, solutions, sprays, lotions, creams, ointments, and gels. Its portfolio included FDA-approved generic products such as triamcinolone acetonide and aripiprazole. Following financial difficulties, Glasshouse was wound down and its assets divested, culminating in bankruptcy proceedings under the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act (CCAA) in late 2023 and subsequent liquidation.
