Glenridge Health was a U.S. healthcare technology and services company focused on provider network development and management for health plans, accountable care organizations, third-party administrators, and related healthcare organizations. The company used proprietary software and domain expertise to help payers and providers analyze, build, and manage compliant, high-performing physician networks. Its offerings were oriented around managed care operations, including network design, data management, and value-based care enablement rather than drug development. In January 2020, Glenridge Health was acquired by CredSimple, and its technology and capabilities were later incorporated into the rebranded company andros. Glenridge therefore appears to be a healthcare company, but not a biotech or pharmaceutical developer.
