Overview
GCT’s lead program—a brain penetrating small molecule PI3K inhibitor—has shown preclinical efficacy in inducing growth arrest, increasing immune recognition, and sensitizing cancer cells to radiation. The company has completed preclinical trials with glioblastoma cultures and animal studies are ongoing. Plans are underway to initiate a Phase I clinical trial for glioblastoma by late 2024. Early preclinical results have also been reported for psoriasis.
