Global Care Quest was a healthcare technology company that developed mobile clinical decision support systems for critical care settings. The company's primary offering, ICU-Care, enabled clinicians to access real-time patient data, including vital signs, laboratory results, and medical imaging, on mobile devices. Developed in collaboration with clinicians at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, the platform aimed to enhance bedside decision-making and improve patient outcomes in intensive care units. By integrating disparate data sources into a unified mobile interface, Global Care Quest addressed the need for timely information in high-acuity environments. In July 2010, the company was acquired by Philips to bolster its clinical informatics and patient monitoring business.
