Global Research Technologies (GRT) was a biotechnology company based in Lexington, Massachusetts, specializing in the discovery and development of peptide-based therapeutics. The company utilized a proprietary technology platform to identify and optimize peptides for various metabolic and endocrine disorders, operating primarily in a strategic partnership with Novo Nordisk. In 2006, GRT was fully acquired by Novo Nordisk to bolster its research capabilities in the United States and enhance its pipeline of protein-based drugs.
