Global Resources International is a U.S.-based medical consumables, contract manufacturing, and protective products company serving healthcare and industrial customers. The company designs, develops, manufactures, sterilizes, and distributes products such as surgical kits, drapes, sheets, containers, surgical gowns, and protective clothing. GRI operates a vertically integrated manufacturing model that includes film extrusion, lamination, injection molding, thermoforming, clean room conversion, sterilization, testing, and global supply chain management. Founded in 2000 and headquartered in Flowery Branch, Georgia, the company has an international manufacturing and logistics footprint across the U.S., Vietnam, the Dominican Republic, and other regions. In September 2024, Winner Medical acquired a 75.2% ownership stake in GRI for approximately $120 million, positioning GRI within a broader global medical consumables supply chain.
