Company intelligence / Profile preview
Go Green B.C. Medicinal Marijuana Ltd. was a Canadian medical cannabis company based in Armstrong, British Columbia. The company operated as a late-stage applicant for a cultivation and production license under the Access to Cannabis for Medical Purposes Regulations (ACMPR). In 2014, it was acquired by Beleave Inc., a publicly traded cannabis corporation, to serve as a primary production facility and expand the parent company's genetic library. The facility was designed to focus on high-quality flower production and the development of medical-grade cannabis strains. However, following the financial insolvency and subsequent CCAA creditor protection proceedings of Beleave Inc. in 2020, the company's operations were ceased and its assets were liquidated.
