Golden Living was a large U.S. senior healthcare and post-acute care company operating skilled nursing facilities and offering rehabilitation, hospice, home health, assisted living, and staffing-related services. The company was best known through its Golden LivingCenters network and affiliated businesses such as Aegis Therapies and AseraCare. Historically, it operated at national scale, but later narrowed its footprint and repositioned around skilled nursing and long-term care. In 2022, Golden LivingCenters rebranded to Brickyard Healthcare, reflecting a transition from a broad multistate operator to a more regional Indiana-focused care provider. For practical purposes, the Golden Living name is no longer the active operating brand.
