Golden Ridge Rice Mills

Golden Ridge Rice Mills was a specialty rice milling and processing company headquartered in Wynne, Arkansas. Founded in 2014, the company focused on producing high-quality white rice, brown rice, and stabilized rice bran for the food and nutraceutical industries. In 2018, it was acquired by RiceBran Technologies (NASDAQ: RIBT) for approximately $8 million to serve as a key production hub for value-added nutritional ingredients. The facility played a critical role in the supply chain for stabilized rice bran (SRB), a nutrient-dense ingredient utilized in functional foods, health supplements, and animal nutrition. In January 2024, RiceBran Technologies sold the Golden Ridge facility and its associated assets as part of a broader strategic restructuring.
