Company intelligence / Profile preview
Goldline Pharmaceutical, originally established as Goldline Laboratories, was a prominent American manufacturer and distributor of generic prescription and over-the-counter medications. Headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, the company became one of the largest generic drug providers in the United States during the 1980s. In 1991, Goldline was acquired by IVAX Corporation, a move that significantly consolidated the generic pharmaceutical market.
