Goldstone Investment Group Limited, formerly known as Eagle Legend Asia Limited, is a Hong Kong-listed investment holding company that strategically repositioned itself to focus on the healthcare and biotechnology sectors in 2021. The company's stated mandate was to identify and invest in high-growth opportunities within the 'comprehensive health industry,' including pharmaceutical development, medical technology, and healthcare management. To support this transition, the company entered into strategic partnerships with entities such as Beijing Goldstone Biotech and Guizhou Hanfang Pharmaceutical. However, following severe financial instability, the company was ordered to be wound up by the High Court of Hong Kong in April 2023, and its shares have been suspended from trading on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange since that time. The firm is currently under the management of court-appointed liquidators.
