Overview

Goldfinch Bio developed a precision medicine platform for kidney diseases. Its lead candidate, GFB‑887, a TRPC5 inhibitor small molecule, showed some efficacy in reducing proteinuria in FSGS patients but not in diabetic nephropathy.
