GoPAPfree was a U.S.-based homecare and digital sleep-health company focused on remote delivery of oral appliance therapy for obstructive sleep apnea as an alternative to CPAP. The company marketed O2Vent Optima, a customized oral appliance with integrated airway technology, using a direct-to-patient model that included at-home impression kits and remote oversight by dentists. Public materials from 2021 described GoPAPfree as the U.S. launch channel for Oventus Medical's O2Vent Optima and positioned it as a convenient, lower-friction care pathway for sleep apnea patients. More recent third-party company databases characterize GoPAPfree as inactive or "deadpooled," and there is limited evidence of an ongoing standalone operating business.
