The company offered outsourced solutions for managing Medicaid rebates, Medicare Part D compliance, and Veterans Affairs (VA/FSS) pricing. The company was acquired by iContracts in 2013 to bolster their revenue management and compliance suite. Following the acquisition, its capabilities were integrated into the iContracts platform, which was later acquired by RLDatix in 2019.
