Grand River Physical Therapy Specialists was a private outpatient physical therapy practice in Ionia, Michigan focused on rehabilitation and restorative care. Founded in 2001 by physical therapists Gail Braun and Karen Carlson, the clinic provided a broad range of physical therapy services aimed at improving movement, function, strength, pain control, and patient independence.
