Grand Valley Health Plan (GVHP) was a staff-model Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) based in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Established in 1982, the organization distinguished itself by employing its own medical staff and operating dedicated health centers to provide integrated care to its members. GVHP served employer groups and individuals across West Michigan, focusing on a coordinated care model to manage health outcomes and costs. In late 2011, the company was acquired by Priority Health, resulting in the transition of its membership and the conversion of its clinics into the Spectrum Health Medical Group.
