Overview
Granite Bio is a clinical-stage immunology biotech developing first-in-class therapeutic antibodies targeting fundamental drivers of inflammation, autoimmunity, and fibrosis. Lead asset GRT-001, a monocyte-depleting antibody, is in Phase 1a in healthy volunteers with a planned Phase 1b in inflammatory bowel disease/ulcerative colitis; GRT-002, an anti–interleukin-3 antibody for itch and allergy/type II inflammation, is in preclinical development and expected to enter the clinic in 2026.[2][3][5][7]
