Company intelligence / Profile preview
GraniteOne Health was a New Hampshire nonprofit healthcare system and hospital network created to affiliate Catholic Medical Center, Huggins Hospital, and Monadnock Community Hospital. It functioned as a supporting organization intended to integrate management, administrative, and clinical functions across the affiliated hospitals rather than as a drug-development biotech or pharma company. The organization focused on coordinating delivery of hospital and community healthcare services in New Hampshire, including acute care and related clinical services through its member institutions. In 2023, affiliated hospitals moved to terminate the affiliation, and GraniteOne Health entered dissolution and wind-down. By fiscal year 2024, its operations consisted primarily of administrative wind-down activities and transfer of remaining assets to supported organizations.
