Graymark Healthcare, formerly known as Graymark Productions, was a healthcare services company specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of sleep disorders. The company operated a network of sleep laboratories across multiple states, providing diagnostic testing and equipment for conditions such as obstructive sleep apnea. Originally founded as a film production company, it transitioned into the healthcare sector in 2008 through strategic acquisitions of sleep center operators. The company later merged with Foundation Surgery Management to form Foundation Healthcare, which eventually ceased operations following a bankruptcy filing in 2017.
