Great Cycle Challenge USA

Great Cycle Challenge USA is a prominent national fundraising initiative organized by the Children's Cancer Research Fund (CCRF) to support pediatric oncology research. The program encourages cyclists of all ages and abilities to set personal riding goals during the month of September and solicit donations to fund the development of new treatments and cures for childhood cancers. Since its inception in 2015, the challenge has raised over $60 million from hundreds of thousands of participants across all 50 states. The funds generated are directed toward innovative research projects at leading cancer centers and hospitals to improve survival rates and quality of life for children battling cancer.
