Green Scientific Labs

Green Scientific Labs is a cannabis and hemp analytical testing company that provides compliance and quality testing services for licensed growers, manufacturers, processors, distributors, and retailers. The company has offered cannabinoid potency, terpene, pesticide, residual solvent, heavy metal, microbiological, mycotoxin, moisture, and related analytical testing services in regulated U.S. cannabis markets. Green Scientific Labs also developed a proprietary laboratory information management system to manage workflow, quality control, turnaround time tracking, and regulatory compliance. The historical public parent, Green Scientific Labs Holdings Inc., traded on the Canadian Securities Exchange under the symbol GSL, but its Florida and Arizona operating assets were sold in 2023 and the Florida business was later rebranded under ACT LAB in 2025. As a result, the original Green Scientific Labs operating footprint appears to have been substantially transitioned into successor owners and brands rather than remaining a standalone growth-stage biotech developer.
