Greenwich LifeSciences has developed a novel peptide immunotherapy, GLSI‑100, combining the GP2 peptide derived from the HER2/neu protein with GM-CSF. In a completed Phase IIb trial led by MD Anderson Cancer Center across 16 sites, no recurrences were observed among treated patients over five years of follow-up—a result that compares favorably to existing therapies like Herceptin or Kadcyla. The therapy demonstrated an excellent safety profile with no serious adverse events attributable to treatment. The ongoing global Flamingo‑01 Phase III trial aims to confirm these results in up to 750 patients at approximately 150 sites worldwide.
