Gridiron Greats

The Gridiron Greats Assistance Fund (GGAF) is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing financial and medical assistance to retired professional football players and their families. Founded by NFL legend Mike Ditka, the organization addresses the significant health challenges faced by former athletes, including Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy (CTE), traumatic brain injuries, and chronic pain. GGAF facilitates access to specialized medical care, coordinates pro bono services through a network of healthcare providers, and provides grants for essential medical procedures and equipment.
