Grove Hill Medical Center

Grove Hill Medical Center was a premier multi-specialty medical group headquartered in New Britain, Connecticut, providing comprehensive healthcare services since 1947. The organization operated numerous locations across Central Connecticut, offering primary care alongside more than 25 medical and surgical specialties. In 2016, Grove Hill merged with Connecticut Medical Group to establish Starling Physicians, which became one of the largest independent physician groups in the Northeast. This entity was later acquired by VillageMD in 2023, a subsidiary of Walgreens Boots Alliance. Throughout its history, Grove Hill was recognized for its physician-led model and its involvement in community-based clinical research and diagnostic excellence.
