Company intelligence / Profile preview
Growcentia was a Colorado-based agricultural biotechnology company focused on microbial products that improve crop yield, nutrient use efficiency, and soil health. The company was founded by Colorado State University soil microbiologists and developed proprietary approaches to identify and apply beneficial microbes for agriculture and horticulture. Its best-known products included MammothP, a commercial microbial product for improving plant phosphorus uptake, and MammothN, a nitrogen-focused product in development. Although some business databases now mark Growcentia as closed, its legacy brand and assets appear to have continued under the Mammoth Microbes name in agricultural biologicals rather than human healthcare.
