Guangdong Tianpu Biochemical Pharmaceutical, commonly known as Tianpu Pharmaceutical or Techpool, is a leading Chinese biopharmaceutical company specializing in critical care and emergency medicine. Founded in 1993 and headquartered in Guangzhou, the company has pioneered the development of biochemical drugs derived from natural human proteins through advanced extraction and purification technologies. Its flagship products include Techpool (ulinastatin), a multi-enzyme inhibitor used for treating pancreatitis and sepsis, and Kailikang (urinary kallidinogenase), indicated for acute ischemic stroke.
