Gyógynövénykutató Intézet

Gyógynövénykutató Intézet (Research Institute for Medicinal Plants) is a historic Hungarian institution dedicated to the research, development, and cultivation of medicinal and aromatic plants. Founded in 1915, it is one of the oldest research institutes of its kind globally and currently operates as part of the Pannonpharma group. The institute provides a wide range of services including botanical R&D, analytical testing, and the production of herbal teas, essential oils, and phytotherapeutic products. It also functions as a CRO/CMO for the herbal industry, offering expertise in plant breeding, cultivation technology, and quality control.
