Its products were designed to automate patient navigation, symptom assessment, intake, scheduling, charting support, and other digital care workflows through websites, mobile apps, and patient portals. The company positioned itself as a "digital front door" vendor that helps patients reach the right care setting while reducing administrative burden and improving workflow efficiency for providers. GYANT served U.S. provider organizations including major health systems and launched its intake technology with Walmart Health Virtual Care. In January 2024, GYANT was acquired by Fabric in an all-cash transaction and its capabilities were incorporated into Fabric’s broader care enablement platform.
