Haematology Cancer Consortium

The Hematology Cancer Consortium (HCC) is a multi-center collaborative academic organization and registered non-profit Section 8 company in India. Established to address the lack of standardized, cost-effective treatment strategies and regionally relevant clinical data, HCC aggregates real-world evidence through disease-specific registries. The consortium designs and conducts investigator-initiated clinical trials tailored to resource-limited settings, focusing on optimizing drug dosages and treatment protocols for hematological malignancies. Key active programs include the Phase III LoNAH trial evaluating low-dose nivolumab in Hodgkin lymphoma, and the Phase III APL22 DOSA study optimizing all-trans retinoic acid dosing in acute promyelocytic leukemia. Through its network of over 30 leading cancer centers across India, HCC aims to improve patient outcomes, enhance clinical research capacity, and establish evidence-based guidelines for blood cancers.
