Its software unified secure messaging, VoIP calling, alerting, on-call scheduling, care-team coordination, and workflow routing to help clinicians communicate more efficiently and improve patient care operations. The company was founded by physicians and focused exclusively on healthcare provider communication rather than drug development. In October 2021, Halo Health was acquired by symplr, which positioned the business within its broader healthcare operations software portfolio.
