HaloLaser Biotherapy

HaloLaser Biotherapy was a Texas-based biotechnology company specializing in alternative pain management and medical laser technology. The company was the primary distributor of the NeuroLase 150 Medical Laser, an FDA-approved device designed to treat acute muscle and skeletal pain as well as arthritis. Founded in 2001 as NutriHealth Marketing, it rebranded to HaloLaser Biotherapy before undergoing a reverse merger with BioTech Medics, Inc. in December 2004. Following the acquisition, its operations were integrated into BioTech Medics' broader portfolio of medical and nutraceutical products. The company's approach combined advanced laser therapy with clinical expertise in physical medicine.
