Hangzhou Gaotian Biomedical

Hangzhou Gaotian Biomedical is a private Chinese biotech focused on oncology and immune-related diseases. Its lead assets are novel lipid-based T cell engagers and liposomal formulations targeting HER2-positive cancers. The most advanced program, HF50, is a unique lipid-based T cell engager targeting HER2 with an open IND for early phase clinical trials in China. Another asset, HF158K1—a liposome form of doxorubicin conjugated to a trastuzumab Fab fragment—is also in Phase 1 for HER2-positive/low expression solid tumors. A third program involves pegylated liposomal all-trans retinoic acid for leukemia/solid tumor immunomodulation. No published efficacy results yet.
