Harmony Health One

Harmony Health One Inc. was a Canadian pharmaceutical and medical cannabis company that operated as a subsidiary of Franchise Global Health Inc. (FGH). The company specialized in the development and distribution of pharmaceutical-grade cannabis products and held intellectual property licenses for various cannabis-based therapies. In December 2022, it was acquired by Flora Growth Corp. (now ZeroStack Corp.) as part of a larger acquisition of the Franchise Global Health group. Harmony Health One focused on international distribution and brand development within the medical cannabis sector until it filed for voluntary bankruptcy in March 2025. Its operations were closely integrated with other subsidiaries like Phatebo GmbH to serve the European medical market.
