Harold Levinson Associates (HLA) is a leading wholesale distributor for the convenience store industry, primarily serving the Northeastern United States. Founded in 1977 and headquartered in Farmingdale, New York, the company supplies a comprehensive range of over 18,000 products, including tobacco, confectionery, snacks, and refrigerated foods, to more than 15,000 retail locations. HLA operates a state-of-the-art 600,000-square-foot distribution center and maintains a fleet of over 100 trucks to ensure rapid delivery. In 2014, the company was acquired by Palm Beach Capital and subsequently integrated into National Convenience Distributors (NCD), making it part of one of the largest wholesale entities in the region. Although its core business is traditional convenience distribution, HLA has gained recognition for its partnership with the Partnership for a Healthier America to expand the availability of healthier food and beverage options in convenience stores.
