Harvard Medical International

Harvard Medical International (HMI) was a non-profit subsidiary of Harvard University established to extend the expertise of Harvard Medical School to the global community. The organization focused on medical education, healthcare system design, and the development of academic medical centers through international partnerships. HMI provided consultancy services to governments, private institutions, and healthcare providers to improve clinical quality and educational standards. In 2008, the entity was integrated into Harvard Medical School's Office of Global Programs to centralize the university's international health initiatives.
