Overview
Healshape is developing a personalized, fully resorbable, and natural breast bioprosthesis using a proprietary 3D bioprinting technology. The implant acts as a scaffold that is colonized by the patient’s own cells via fat transfer, leading to natural breast tissue regeneration while the hydrogel scaffold gradually dissolves. No clinical results are yet available; preclinical development is ongoing with first-in-human trials anticipated in the near future.
